A member of Islamic State (ISIS / Daesh / ISIL) reportedly beheaded his own father in Mosul for insulting the terrorist group’s leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
A source from Mosul told al-Sumaria News that the insurgent claimed his father had called Baghdadi a “dog” and disrespected the group’s ideology, BAS News reported.
According to the unidentified source, the execution took place on Wednesday, October 12, in public in the city center of Iraq’s second largest city that is under the control of the terrorists.
This is not the first act of parricide by the ISIS militants, earlier in January this year, a 20-year-old insurgent executed his own mother in the city of Raqqa, Syria.
According to local groups, the mother had asked her son to leave ISIS and escape with her, but her son reported the case to his commanders instead, FNA reported.
