Ezekial Emanuel (yes, brother of Rahm) claims the increase in premiums ‘isn’t the average'[experience]. Tell that to the people who can no longer afford insurance, like this guy.

What’s his solution? Charge people even more! Penalize those who already don’t have the money to pay for the insurance. He would increase the Obamacare tax penalty.
