“Alphabet Tutor 2,” purportedly released by the Islamic State, features rifles, grenades, and what appears to be a suicide vest in a workbook created for the children of jihadists. The workbook is available as an app download on ISIS terrorist channels and is a sequel to the June “Huroof,” which is also an alphabet teaching app for non-Arabic speaking children of Islamists.
