The curfew in Charlotte has been lifted “effective immediately” according to a press release from the city.

“Mayor Jennifer Roberts and Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners Trevor M. Fuller announce the City of Charlotte has lifted the curfew, effective immediately,” the release states.

Mayor Roberts still asks the community to “come together and show their unity in a peaceful and legal manner.”
