It’s a simple concept, broken in virtually every case that hits the news.
Yes, not every cop is good or perfect and some may make mistakes or wrongly shoot someone. It’s possible even if you do everything right, you may face an evil cop.
But your chances of survival don’t hinge on your skin color, they hinge on your compliance with the officer’s directions.
