Hillary Clinton says that “there’s no need” for her to undergo neurological testing to make sure that she does not suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
The Democratic presidential candidate was pressed on the need for testing in an awkward interview with a reporter with Tampa Bay’s ABC affiliate.
The reporter noted that because people of Clinton’s age — she is 68 — are at higher risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s, some doctors have suggested that she undergo neuro-cognitive testing.
“Would you be willing to do that?” the reporter asked.
