It doesn’t look good, but as we say with every case, wait for the facts. He has his hands up for a bit, although still not following commands, but then reaches into the car. The question is more what the video doesn’t show. The police have been very straight up so far, releasing the video, so we shall see where the facts lead.

Officers on board a police helicopter which filmed the shooting of unarmed pastor Terence Crutcher said he looked like a ‘bad dude’ moments before he was gunned down.
Two voices believed to be on board the helicopter commented that it was likely the 40-year-old pastor was going to be hit by a taser because he was ‘failing to follow commands’ in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday night.
One of the responding officers on the ground did hit Crutcher with a jolt from a taser, and this was followed up by a second offer who discharged her handgun.
