Det. Brian O’Donnell, who was off-duty, jumped the meat cleaver waving man, Akram Joudeh, to stop him from attacking anyone else. You can see the long cut down the left side of O’Donnell’s face where Joudeh got him with the cleaver. But thanks to O’Donnell, Joudeh was stopped, O’Donnell gets to go home with his family and his fellow officers cheer him. Thank you, Det. O’Donnell!
