The chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee says Russian hackers have been bipartisan, targeting both parties’ national committees.
In an interview with CNN on Wednesday, Rep. Michael McCaul said Russian hackers also have penetrated the Republican National Committee’s computer system.

McCaul has updated his comments, saying he ‘misspoke’, that he meant GOP operatives were hacked, not necessarily the RNC itself.
