On the 15th anniversary of 9/11 to boot.

The National Anthem protests in the NFL continued on Sunday, as four members of the Miami Dolphins and one member of the Kansas City Chiefs conducted demonstrations during pregame ceremonies.
In Kansas City, Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters raised his fist during The Star-Spangled Banner before the Chiefs-Chargers game. And in Seattle, prior to the Miami Dolphins-Seattle Seahawks match-up, four Dolphins took a knee as the Anthem was sung.
Dolphins running back Arian Foster told ESPN that he and his teammates who kneeled knew that their protest would draw extra scrutiny given that it took place on the 15th anniversary of 9/11.
