Advanced case of academia.
Via YAF:
Sunday morning a retired professor visited Young Americans for Freedom at the University of Michigan’s 9/11: Never Forget Project and went on a crazed rant, blaming the United States government for the attacks and hurling expletives at students.
The man, who identifies himself as Larry Brayboy, approached chapter chair Grant Strobl at UMich YAF’s flag memorial, scolding him for “disrespecting” the lives lost on 9/11 by “covering up” the real story of the attacks.
Brayboy ranted, “Bush, Cheney, Israel, and Saudi Arabia did the 9/11 attacks!”
He claimed the “military industrial complex, intelligence agencies, and Israel have been the primary beneficiaries of the 9/11 attacks.”
Brayboy, who explained he is a retired community college professor, spent nearly ten minutes spinning bizarre conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks while the YAF chapter attempted to quietly remember the lives lost.
When Strobl asked Brayboy to leave for disrespecting the memorial, Brayboy called him a “useful idiot,” and said, “You’re full of crap and don’t know what you’re talking about.”
