A Milwaukee teenager was recovering from a gunshot wound in the neck Monday following a second night of chaotic protests in the city over the police shooting of an armed black man.
The 18-year-old was shot when gunfire broke out while protesters marched near Sherman Park, and officers rushed him to a hospital in an armored car, police said.
The teen was seriously wounded, police said, but was expected to recover. He was not identified.
