I’d be right there with you, except that your brother was carrying a gun stolen in a burglary and from the latest report was bringing it/turning it on the black cop who was chasing him. Concealed carry permits don’t cover that behavior. Sylville Smith also had a misdemeanor conviction for carrying a concealed weapon in 2014, so not sure he would have had a permit now, but will run that down.
