A giant panda in Belgium has proudly shown off her bundle of joy to zoo visitors for the first time.
New mother Hao Hao has until now proven hesitant to share her little baby, known only as P, with the rest of the world after giving birth back in June.
However visitors to the Pairi Daiza animal park were finally able to meet the adorable tyke, after the pair ventured into their new cave.
The healthy male cub was born two months ago following a successful mating programme between six-year-old Hao Hao and her mate Xing Hui.
The pink, blind, hairless cub weighed just 171 grams (6oz). Hao Hao’s ‘probable’ pregnancy was announced just two weeks before, accompanied by caution about detecting the tiny foetus.
