In a new video released by an Islamic State sympathizer on a German terrorist Telegram channel, a masked, prepubescent boy is shown “beheading” a toy doll. The video is titled “So wird die neue Generation aufgezogen,” or “The new generation is raised.”

In the video, a high voiced boy is shown singing an Islamist hymn with a knife raised at the camera. Towards the end of the song, he threatens “kafir,” or non-Muslims, with violence.

The boy then cuts the head off the toy doll on the ground. He then lifts the decapitated head and drops it back down.
