What is wrong with what she said?

The Constitution specifically set forth responsibilities/powers of the federal government. All rights/powers not specifically designated are left to the individuals and the states, in accordance with the 10th Amendment. The Constitution didn’t give the states or individuals those rights, those rights already existed.

It’s this failure of understanding that is at the heart of everything that is wrong with Democrats. Because they don’t understand and/or care about this, they arrogate powers to the federal government to which it is not entitled.

What was she talking about anyway? She was talking about the House GOP looking into the coordination of Democratic AGs to go after companies that didn’t believe in climate change.

The ‘law professor’ fails to see how the House is entitled to investigate State AGs enforcing state law. However the allegation is that Democratic AGs in multiple states are coordinating to go after companies. That inherently can raise a federal question, and even potentially a RICO question.

The law professor needs to go back to school and review basic law…
