Here’s a video noting the difficulty the CA Bernie folks are having because the DNC apparently has taken some of their seats to be reserved for seat fillers. The delegate on the video is also claiming that there are white noise machines above the Bernie areas to prevent Bernie folks from being heard.

There are also other reports of Craigslist ads for $50 to fill the seats. Although it is hard to verify these, it does fit the overall picture.

Finally, in order to prevent a walkout during Hillary’s speech, they plan on locking delegates in so they can’t get out.
