French Terrorist Mohamed Bouhlel, who killed 84 people and injured hundreds more with a large truck July 14 in Nice, had a 73-year-old male lover.
Reports indicate Bouhlel was obsessed with fitness and sex, and actively pursued both sexes. Bouhlel was a heavy drug user, used salsa dancing to pick up women in night clubs, and may have been using steroids to bolster his physique. One acquaintance told The Associated Press, “He always hit on all girls, old, young.” His hard partying bisexual lifestyle lies in stark contrast to Islamic State preachings.
Paris prosecutors now believe Bouhlel planned the attacks over a series of months, and had planning photos and other extremist materials on the same phone he had a 73-year-old man listed as his “main” lover.
Bouhlel was reportedly self radicalized over the period of several months. Under ISIS’s radical ideology, terrorists can redeem themselves for homosexual desires and other sins by carrying out jihad.
