KANSAS CITY, Mo. —The man who brandished a gun at reporters at the home of Baton Rouge shooter Gavin Long has been taken into police custody on a seat belt violation warrant. Kansas City Police confirm Kamerran Fryer was arrested Sunday on a minor city warrant for a seat belt violation. Fryer, who was arrested at the last known address for the Baton Rouge gunman Gavin Long, was given a signature bond.
A man at Long's home on E. 77th Terrace in Kansas City answered the door for reporters on Sunday wielding a high-powered gun.
A family member confirms that person was Long's brother, identified as Kamerran Fryer.
