Why would the officer in the middle of the fight yell out 'gun, he's got a gun'? Because they realized it was in play, they could see it and it was a danger. I'll leave it to the facts to determine, but that and this soldier's demostration display why people should not jump to conclusions.

Some have argued that the gun’s location in Sterling’s pocket proves that he didn’t pose a threat to police:

Mike Brown, a former U.S. Army soldier, posted a video to Facebook showing how easy it is to shoot a gun without ever taking it out of your pocket.

While many still question the decision, pointing out that Sterling’s hands were restricted, Brown’s point is resonating. Since yesterday, the video has gone viral, with over a million views.
