Update:
KDFW Fox just reported police negotiating with a second shooter. That is the first mention of a second shooter. They just mentioned again multiple shooters. Report 1st gunman has been 'neutralized'.
It is important to note that the shooting seems to have been sniper shooting from a building, not close range. There was also a suggestion by Shep Smith that more than two cops may have been shot.
KDFW reporting 3 to 6 officers down and gravely wounded. I saw pics of two down near a street and two more in a parking lot. In the last video you can see the two cops down near the street. This pic shows two other cops down in a parking lot.
Shooters reportedly were in camoflage gear, masks and vests.
Fox reports that DART, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, had three officers confirmed shot with non-life threatening injuries, and another has been killed.
Update:
Fox now reporting two snipers shot ten cops from elevated positions, three cops dead (2 Dallas PD, 1 DART) two in surgery, 3 are in critical condition.
One man was arrested on camera on Fox because he fit the description in camoflage pants and a vest.

One of the suspects is cornered. This is another person who they term a 'person of interest'. . There also is a concern that they may have planted bombs, according to the police official who just appeard on Fox. They earlier reported one suspect 'neturalized', they now say that is not the case. They have also updated that one more cop has died, upping that total to 4, 3 from DPD and 1 from DART.
The person of interest has turned himself in. There is some video that may be him, showing him on the ground when the shooting started, so likely this person is not involved.
The two snipers triangulated their shots from two different locations, so police are saying this was a planned attack.

Person in custody communicating with police mentioned bomb, was in shootout with police and is now in custody. DPD bomb squad has found a suspicious package they are looking at now.

Police are saying they are still in negotiations with a suspect.
He claims bombs are "all over the place".
One female suspect is in custody, two others with camo bags were pulled over in a car are also in custody. They said they are not satisfied that they have everybody captured.
The person listed eaerlier as a 'person of interest' turned himself in, and his brother his gun was not fired. He looks to be some poor guy who happened to be open carrying. Police have not listed him when they were outlining suspects in custody, so looks like they do not believe him to be involved.

A fifth cop has died at the hospital. Police announced the standoff was over at around 3:30. One civilian was hit whiile protecting her children.
Chaos erupted just before 9 p.m. when at least two snipers in elevated positions opened fire on officers, who were protecting protesters, police said. The family of 37-year-old Shetamia Taylor, the injured civilian, tells ABC affiliate WFAA that while at the rally with her four sons, she jumped on top of them as shots were fired. She was shot and injured instead.
