No surprise the DNC has asked the cast of "Hamilton" to perform at their convention.

Taking to Twitter on Monday, “Hamilton” actor Seth Stewart complained about honoring Independence Day as a celebration of freedom.
“Land was stolen from the natives, slavery was real, students go into debt for education. Freedom from what? #4thofJuly #truthhurts,” Mr. Stewart, an understudy for the roles of Thomas Jefferson and the Marquis de Lafayette, tweeted.
A minute later, he quoted number from “In the Heights,” another musical by “Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda: “But…happy freedom of the minds. Enjoy your time with your loved ones today! And… ‘Look at the fireworks, light up the night sky!!!’”
Of course, the Marquis de Lafayette, a French nobleman who traveled to America to fight with George Washington against the British, cheered America’s decisive victory at Yorktown in 1781, saying, “humanity has won its battle. Liberty now has a country.”
