So the day after one case, without knowing the facts, before even the facts can truly be determined in either case, he once again interjects himself and the DOJ into cases. How can any officer under the circumstances expect a fair hearing of what occured?

"Black folk are more vulnerable to these kinds of incidents"? No, more media attention is focused on them because of the political agendas of people like yourself. If you actually cared about 'black lives mattering', in virtually every case in which a black man is killed by the police he is armed or resisting the police. How about preaching don't resist police and put yourself in danger and you wouldn't be shot? Counseling them, wrongly, that police are out to get them, is more likely to contribute to resisting.
This moreover has nothing to do with race, as we showed today in the case of Dylan Noble. White unarmed young man, shot by police. Had he been black, we'd already have protests in the street. The president didn't do a hashtag for him or explain to people that more white people are actually shot by police.
The facts in these cases don't matter, that's why he didn't even bother with them or wait for them. Only race does, apparently.
