DENVER – A gunman shot himself after several people were injured during a shooting inside a building near 15th and Wynkoop Streets in downtown Denver on Tuesday afternoon, a police source told Denver7 Investigates.
The source told Denver7 investigative reporter Tony Kovaleski the gunman was taken away in an ambulance and police tweeted that victims were being transported to the hospital.
Officers have blocked off multiple roads in the area, including a portion of the 16th Street Mall.

Shooting was at Alliance for Sustainable Colorado, an environmentalist group. The woman critically injured was apparently targeted.
