Via The Hill:
Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) says Donald Trump’s response to the mass shooting in Orlando underscores why he shouldn’t be president.
“Donald Trump proved that he’s a terrible leader. … Trump proved that he’s not the person to lead our nation through difficult times, or any times,” Reid from the Senate floor Tuesday.
“He is not commander-in-chief material.”
A gunman killed 49 people and injured 53 in a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla., marking the worst mass shooting in U.S. history.
In the wake of the shooting, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) claimed credit for the attack, and Trump reiterated his proposal to ban Muslims from entering the country.
