In a new video purportedly released by the Islamic State titled “And Allah Will Complete the Revelation of His Light,” ISIS shows footage of dead enemy fighters before beheading a “sorcerer” in “Wilayat Salahuddin,” Iraq. The video was released on June 8 and the title comes from an interpretation of Quranic verse 61:8.
