The Democratic Party wants every Democrat to have a voice in our Platform process.

Our goal is to make this year’s platform process the most representative and inclusive in history. With that aim, we announced a series of events across the country in the hopes of increasing participation. We are also encouraging people to submit their ideas online.

We welcome your input and invite you to contribute now. Submit written or video testimony, or request to testify in person.

The Democratic National Committee launched a new website Friday that enables voters to weigh in on the party’s platform ahead of its national convention in late July.

“Our goal is to make this year’s platform process the most representative and inclusive in history,” the site reads.

A series of buttons on the homepage allow users to describe what they wish to see in the party’s platform by submitting a written or video testimony, or requesting to participate in a public forum between now and the convention.

Democrats will convene in Philadelphia on July 25 for a four-day convention that could become chaotic if a floor fight ensues between Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and party leaders, many of which have been accused of rigging the nominating process in Hillary Clinton’s favor.
