MSNBC had on Morgan State assistant professor, Lawrence Brown to talk about reaction in Baltimore to the decision in the case against Officer Nero. The network appeared to try to get him to say that there was something in police culture that disconnected officers from the local community. Brown went there, but also appeared to blame the TV show The Wire and the fact that officers ‘living in the suburbs’.

What MSNBC failed to mention was that Brown is part of the Black Lives Matter movement and has been involved in protests. He also received a $60,000 grant from the Open Society Foundation. In case that name means nothing to you, that’s the George Soros ‘grant factory to activists’ operation.

We reported on Lawrence Brown last year when he sparked something of a firestorm by saying that if white people wanted to be allies, they should ‘deposit their unearned wealth in black accounts’ or ‘jump between Black people and police at every opportunity’. Brown basically believes blacks should receive reparations, that America is segregated, that blacks suffer from historical trauma from white supremacist America.
