The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday began investigating a body found at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters.
Acting spokesperson Sgt. Andrea Urina said she has no other other information at this time. Sheriff’s investigators are on scene.

The Santa Clara County Fire Department said crews were called to the scene but were then waved off and never went on campus.

UPDATE:

A person with a head wound was found dead at the Apple campus in Cupertino Wednesday morning in a conference room, according to authorities and an ABC7 report.

An emergency call was made about 8:35 a.m. reporting that a person was found unresponsive at the headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop. The person was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Santa Clara County Fire Department was called to the site for a medical call where someone reported a Hispanic male with a head wound. A fire official said they set up staging but were soon called off.
