Whoops.
Via NY Post:
More than 120,000 Brooklyn Democratic voters were wiped off the rolls through a monumental data-entry error that went unnoticed by Board of Elections officials for months — until the snafu wreaked havoc on Tuesday’s presidential primaries, sources told The Post.
The astonishing mistake came after another blunder, when the board failed to send out postcards to Brooklyn voters about to be purged, the sources said.
Only a small number of postcards went out.
Some of the cards were returned by residents insisting they were active voters. Even that hardly mattered.
