I’m a NYC commuter, I know how to use the metro card. She clearly didn’t and she was a Senator from NY with an office in Manhattan. If the problem had been with the card, it wouldn’t ultimately have gone through.

But yeah, Grandma is just like us. Except that we don’t get $275,000 for pimping our speeches.
