Wisconsin is a modified ‘Winner Take All’ delegate distribution – By State and By Congressional District – 42 Delegates total:

24 district delegates are to be allocated to presidential contenders based on the primary results in each of the 8 congressional districts: each congressional district is assigned 3 National Convention delegates and the presidential contender receiving the greatest number of votes in that district will receive all 3 of that district’s National Convention delegates.

So far, Cruz has been awarded 24 delegates. Further delegates to be determined by district results.

Trump is up by about 900 votes in Rock County with 72% of the vote in, so it looks to me like he may get that. Others are too close, not enough numbers in yet or clearly Cruz.

Trump can still pick up delegates by winning in Congressional districts. We’ll let you know how those come in.
