It is unclear as to how the physical action began.
Via The Hill:
A Trump protester was punched and kicked several times while being escorted out of a rally in Tuscon, Ariz., by police.
According to reports, the protester was wearing a white KKK-style hood. A fellow protester can be seen in a video wearing the same hood. Police immediately handcuffed the attacker, a black man.
The protestor was wearing a hood while saluting, presumably referring to KKK/Hitler, before he was punched & kicked https://t.co/BfioarhaBR

Trump called out the hooded protesters early on in the rally.“He’s a disgusting guy,” Trump said. “That is a disgusting guy, really disgusting.”
Trump got into hot water when he receieved the support of former KKK leader David Duke and faltered in his distancing himself from the organization.
Here’s a front angle on the action. The agitator had a picture of Trump with a confederate flag. He and the protester behind him had been wearing KKK hoods.
Went to the Trump rally just to see how crazy it would be……..this is insane pic.twitter.com/QFwSwmNoI0
