A painter at a lawn mower factory in Kansas went on a shooting spree Thursday night, killing at least three people and wounding 14 others before he was gunned down by police.
Cedric Ford, 38, who had prior convictions for burglary, drove around in a truck and opened fire at several locations, including the factory where he worked in Hesston.
Ford started his rampage while driving through the town of Newton. He shot one man in the shoulder and another in the leg before entering his workplace at Excel Industries. He opened fire in the parking lot and continued the carnage inside the building as workers fled in panic.
