This is how the Hillary website describes the death of Sandra Bland:

Last summer, Sandra Bland lost her life in police custody.

She was a 28-year-old, college-educated woman, getting ready to start a new job. She died alone in jail cell, three days after she was pulled over and arrested for failing to signal when changing lanes—despite the fact that she never broke the law.

Sandra’s death reinforced the dangerous reality of systemic racism and its effect on our criminal justice system. In the weeks and months since, people all over the country have come together to demand justice for Sandra Bland and every other black person who has lost his or her life to police violence.

What was the police violence? Sandra Bland killed herself. Police had nothing to do with with the death, apart from her being in jail.

A nearby cellmate who had observed her said that she was upset over the fact that her families and friends (fellow ‘activists’) hadn’t bailed her out.

But Black Lives Matter supporters lied about her death and spread the story that she had been murdered by the police, despite the fact that her death was ruled a suicide and the video showed no one had entered her cell, so no one could have killed her.

Yet, to Hillary, she and her mother are political pawns to use to help get the black vote.
