What’s interesting at this point is that so many people are undecided and that you can register today if you so chose. This makes the prediction as to what will occur very fluid.
First reports indicating that there may be a lot coming out, which could likely favor Trump and Sanders.

We’ll post info as it comes down, although it may take awhile before official numbers are in.

41% newcomers on the Democrats side, not as much as 2008 and Obama.
Republicans. Evangelicals up, 62%. First timers more than before, 41 vs. 38.

Late deciders are going to Rubio 28, Cruz 20, Trump 14.
Evangelicals are being split Cruz 27, Trump 24, Rubio 21.
Reports of Rubio closing strong.
Young voters Sanders 85, Clinton 11. But older voters coming out, and more than before, are going for Clinton.
It’s lonely being for O’Malley:
Here’s a link to the live results, right now showing Cruz and Trump neck and neck, but again, this is with few precincts in yet, and it’s just raw totals. If that one is overloaded, you can also check here.
We also should remind everyone that the last time in 2012, they said Romney won when Santorum in fact did, changing the nature of the election. They claim to have rectified the issues, so hopefully they have and the winner announced is the actual winner this time.
They’re holding about the same percentages now. 55% in so far, Cruz still leading, Trump keeps dropping, Rubio keeps inching up.
Most of the voters said the most important quality was ‘share my values’, and most of those go to Cruz.
While there are apparently hundreds of kids coming out for Sanders, the old people coming out for Clinton seem to still be holding sway.
Martin O’Malley is now suspending his campaign, his supporters are going to the others.
Last precincts are reportedly to have lot of first time voters that may go to Sanders, and really tighten on Grandma. It was a .6 difference at one point.
The AP one is not updating, latest report: 84%, Cruz 27.7, Trump 24.4, Rubio 23.

85%, Sanders may nip Grandma at the end:

Fox just called it for Cruz, Cruz 27.7, Trump 24.4, Rubio 23, Carson 9.
Mike Huckabee is dropping out.
Ted Cruz won, but they are going to Rubio’s campaign, shooting him speaking and acting like he won. Fox News has abdicated its time to Rubio to give his speech. A huge amount of news time spent on a losing candidate…
Ted Cruz sets record for most Iowa caucus votes for a candidate ever.
Woot woot! Bernie and Hillary now tied at 50%!
Trump thanks Iowa, praises other candidates, congratulates Ted Cruz, says onto win in New Hampshire.
Cruz:
God Bless the great state of Iowa and to God be the glory. Tonight is a victory for grassroots, and for conservatives in Iowa and across the nation. Tonight Iowa has spoken, has sent notice, that the Republican nominee and next president will not be chosen by the media. Will not be chosen by the Washington establishment or lobbyists, but by we the people, the American people. Tonight thanks to the incredibly hard work of everyone here, we earned the most votes of any Republican primary winner ever. We’ve survived 8 long years of Obama personality, it is our commitment to the Constitution, our commitment to the greatest nation ever created, to the revolutionary understanding that all people are created equal. That our rights do not come from our parties, but from our creator. And that our governments responsibility is to serve the people. Tonight, Iowa has proclaimed to the world, morning is coming, morning is coming.
From day one this campaign has been a movement. Whatever Washington says, they cannot keep the people down. Free market principles, Constitutional principles and the Judeo Christian values that built this nation. When the media concentrated on other candidates, when they said Conservative couldn’t win, we said yes we can. That is the power of the grassroots.
But it’s more than that, it’s 12,000 volunteers in the state of Iowa, it’s over 200,000 volunteers across the nation. We’re asked are we tired? It’s 16-17 hours a day. We are not tired at all. We are inspired by each one of you. [starts thanking volunteers by name and mentioning their hard work]
[Thanks his parents] Mom, thank you for your unconditional love, to know that whatever I might do or say, I know you would love me.
[Thanks cousin]
Thanks to my dad, who was in prison in Cuba, who was tortured, who now is preaching the Gospel, I love you Dad. (Dad breaks in and points to son and says, “This is the American dream”)
[Asks people of the next states coming up to hold everyone accountable for being a consistent Conservative]. I give you my promise. We will finally secure the borders and end Sanctuary cities.
I want to speak to the military member who have had to operate with immoral ROE. That will end January 2017, you will have a CIC who finally has your back.
And to the police officers and the firefighters and the last 7 years of having a president and an AG who don’t side with you. That will end in Jan 2017.
So tonight the State of Iowa, the Dems seem to be in a virtual tie between candidate who admits he’s a socialist and another who says she’s not. But the problem with socialism is, as Margaret Thatcher says, ‘eventually you run out of other people’s money’.

Fox saying Hillary and Bernie still too close to call.
