Kinda sad for the former Governor as he was seeing a boost after his last debate performance where he embraced being a moderate just like with the rest of his family. This is a sign of a campaign desperate for support but overflowing with capital. Who said money can buy you everything.

So whether this is an elaborate effort to skewer Jeb by someone else or Jeb being desperate, in either case, not helpful for him.
Update:
Daily Mail reporter was offered money to attend but didn’t take it. Jeb’s team is claiming this is ‘dirty tricks’ by another campaign. It seems pretty strange that whoever was doing this was reaching out to people at a Rand Paul event. Why would you do that, unless you wanted to be found out?
Here’s a shot of the two guys who stood up and said ‘where’s our money?’ They look more like campaign operatives than folks who need $50. It does sort of have the smell of someone trying to embarrass Jeb, but why bother when he is so low in the polls?
