It’s so hard to be a nice looking well-off actress who lives better than most of the rest of the world.

The only thing worse than being black? Being a woman.

That’s the bold claim by actress Julie Delpy, who revealed at the Sundance Film Festival that the toughest gig in Hollywood is being female.

“Two years ago, I said something about the Academy being very white male, which is the reality, and I was slashed to pieces by the media,” the “Avengers: Age of Ultron” star told The Wrap on Friday. “It’s funny — women can’t talk. I sometimes wish I were African American because people don’t bash them afterward.”

The 46-year-old added: “It’s the hardest to be a woman. Feminists is something people hate above all. Nothing worse than being a woman in this business. I really believe that.”
