I just received this strange voicemail on my mobile phone ringting from number 1-800-318-2596.

It’s an advertisement from Healthcare.gov promoting the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace.

This is baffling to me because Healthcare.gov does not have my mobile number so I am at a loss as to how this happened.
