Via Daily Caller:
Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders says he, opponent Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee are working out their differences of opinion because they “want to defeat right-wing extremism in this country.”
Andrea Mitchell, guest host of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” asked Sanders on Sunday, “Is the DNC giving you a fair shot?”
Sanders: Look, we have had our differences of opinion with the DNC. But at the end of the day, the DNC, Hillary Clinton, and myself — we want to defeat right-wing extremism in this country. So we’re trying to work out our differences of opinion.
Earlier in December the Sanders campaign was barred from accessing the DNC’s national voter data file after several Sanders staffers improperly accessed voter information that was accidentally released by third-party vendor NGP VAN. One staffer was fired while two others were suspended.
