Older liberals working at college campuses and in the media are realizing that they’re just not politically correct enough to satisfy younger Social Justice Warriors (SJW) who can be offended at anything.
Justin Theroux — Mr. Jennifer Aniston — is facing criticism and a boycott over the new film he wrote, Zoolander 2.
SJW are claiming the film is offensive for its “representation of non-binary individuals” or people who don’t clearly define themselves as male or female.
The film features an androgynous character played by Benedict Cumberbatch who is asked by the lead characters if he’s “male or female” and if he has “a hot dog or a bun.” SJW say the character is portrayed in a cartoonish fashion and it is highly disrespectful that a non-transgendered actor is playing the character.
“By hiring a cis actor to play a non-binary individual in a clearly negative way, they film endorses harmful and dangerous perceptions of the queer community at large.”
More than 21,000 people have signed the petition that they are boycotting the film.
