Pennsylvania senators are considering a proposed process that could lead to the removal from office of embattled state Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
The Special Committee on Senate Address introduced a five-page resolution Monday that envisions a hearing on Jan. 12 where Kane would be able to give her side of the story.
The committee would issue a report 15 days later.
