A masked man stabbed and seriously wounded another man in an attack in London’s Leytonstone tube station on Saturday evening that police have described as a terrorist incident.

Footage of the aftermath of the stabbing appears to show police trying to subdue the masked man. A large pool of blood can be seen in the frame.
