A 17-year-old Bowie High School student was arrested in connection with threatening posts made on social media against her school.
Shalaria Jones was arrested Wednesday night and charged with making terroristic threats on Twitter against her classmates.
Jones created a fake Twitter account and pretended to be a “white” student at Bowie. She then posted a photo of a handgun and made threats of killing up to ten people in a school shooting.
