According to the latest Monmouth University poll, Ben Carson has pulled even with Donald Trump in South Carolina’s Republican primary.
Carson’s 28 percent narrowly edged-out Trump’s 27 percent but is within the statistical margin of error. Carson’s numbers have jumped from the 15 percent he earned in Monmouth’s August South Carolina poll, reports The Hill.
