A man accused of raping an acquaintance in a courthouse bathroom in Burlington, Vermont, has been arrested in New York.
Authorities say Robert Rosario, 32, sexually assaulted the woman in the restroom of Costello Courthouse on Oct. 16.
Wednesday, a fugitive task force located Rosario on Andrews Avenue in the Bronx.
Last week, Vermont police said they believed Rosario may have fled Vermont – police paperwork showed that he was a native of the Bronx.
