This clock kid is having quite a year! After lying and saying he had invented a clock, the entire media universe gave him a big hug because those mean old Islamophobic cops arrested him for a “hoax bomb.” Well, apparently being a victim and playing the media is the greatest thing you can do as an American Muslim because CAIR is giving him an award for it!

Wow. Apparently they didn’t care that he met with a genocidal war criminal after his little media chicanery.

Or maybe they approved.

Ahmed Mohamed, also known as “Clock Kid,” has just won another title: “American Muslim of the year.”

The Council for American-Islamic Relations, the largest Muslim civil rights organization in the country, recognized Mohamed at a ceremony in Arlington, Va.

“I just want to stop discrimination for everyone, not just for religious, but for all races as well,” Mohamed said at the event.

His award was in the shape of a clock.

So he wants to ‘stop discrimination for everyone’ but hugs it up with a war criminal accused of genocide of non-Arab (translation: black African) tribes in Darfur? Alrighty, now…

He’s supposed to be meeting with Obama tonight for ‘Astronomy Night’, so hopefully that will close out his hug tour.
