Jim Carrey’s on-again, off-again girlfriend Cathriona White died from a suspected suicide on Monday, Sept. 28, after reportedly leaving behind a note that alluded to their recent split.
The L.A. County Coroner’s Office confirmed to ET that White was found dead inside her home in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Monday night. Police sources told TMZ that the Irish native left behind a suicide note, which mentioned her breakup from Carrey on Sept. 24.
