Vermont’s self-described Democratic-socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders cares about a lot of things: healthcare, reducing taxes on the middle class, criminal justice reform and college affordability are among them.

One thing he does not care about, however, is Hillary Clinton’s hair.

Sanders made that clear in an interview with the New York Times’s Ana Marie Cox published Monday.

After questions on the Black Lives Matter movement that has dogged his campaign and the policy enigma that is Donald Trump, Cox asked Sanders if he thought it was fair that Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s hair gets more attention than his.

“Hillary’s hair gets more scrutiny than my hair? Is that what you’re asking?” Sanders clarified. Cox confirmed that was indeed what she was asking.
