This is what passes for liberal ‘news’. They fail to realize, because they like the result, the violations of the Constitution that just took place, that the Court is not the legislature and doesn’t have the power to create law. And that in so doing, they have in the words of Justice Scalia become a huge ‘threat to democracy’.
